POLICY: RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
ON-LINE PURCHASES WITH SHIPPED MERCHANDISE
All sales are final. Items are not eligible for return/refund.
Product Issue:
Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt and email immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Email hellounderthepecantree@gmail.com for next steps. Please include the order number and a photo of the product.
If the item was damaged in shipping, please send pictures of the packaging in addition to the product. Please hold onto the item and packaging as we may file a damage claim with UPS and will need you to provide them with the item and packaging.
IN PERSON PURCHASES MADE AT THE DUNWOODY STORE
Returns and exchanges of eligible items* are accepted within 14 calendar days of the receipt date. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging
Within 14 calendar days, bring the item to the store with the receipt or order number. If the store should be closed for an extended period, email hellounderthepecantree@gmail.com for instructions.
*Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Returns will NOT be accepted on any seasonal item (including America 250), bath and body item, personalized or special order item, food, amaryllis bulb, item that shows wear or use, or any item that was purchased on sale/discount.
