POLICY: LOCAL PICK-UP AND SHIPPING
After you checkout, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please check the confirmation to ensure that it accurately reflects your choice of Free Local Pick-Up or Shipping.
LOCAL PICK-UP:
If you select Local Pick-Up, the item may be picked up at the Dunwoody Store during regular business hours.
Ready to Pick Up
Local Pick-Up is typically ready the next day that the store is open, but please wait for email notification that your order is ready to pick up, as your merchandise may need to be pulled from storage. When your order is ready to pick up, you will receive an email.

SHIPPING:
If you have selected Shipping, please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. If there is an error, please email or call. (see below)
Orders that are returned to us because of an address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs.

Shipping Confirmation Notice
An email will be sent when your order has been dropped off for shipment. This email will include your order number, tracking number and ship date.
Shipping Time
Orders can take up to 3 business days (Tuesday-Friday) to be processed and dropped off for shipment.
Once items are dropped off for shipment, economy shipping in contiguous United States is 2-9 business days in transit.

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping Costs
$0-$50.00 before taxes, shipping is $8.50*
$50.01-150.00 before taxes, shipping is $15.00*
$150.01+ before taxes, shipping is Free*
*Additional Shipping Charge: Please note that there may be additional shipping costs for any items that are oversized and overweight or for areas of the country that exceed normal shipping fees due to remote locations, etc. In this instance you willl be contacted for payment. Once paid, your shipment will go out. It is not our goal to make a profit on shipping, however shipping is expensive for small businesses.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
