Description Borsari’s Cracked Pepper is a blend of several varieties of black pepper, garlic, sea salt, red pepper flake and cumin seed.

This is a versatile pepper-based product that has been carefully matched with other spice flavors to enhance the overall taste experience without losing the pepper signature. It also pairs well with other products in the Borsari line of seasonings to create unique flavor profiles with a distinctive influence of cracked peppercorns.
