Seasoning Salt: Borsari Tuscan Rosemary Sage

Borsari’s Tuscan Rosemary Sage Seasoning is pure sea salt infused with sage and rosemary.

The blend is crafted in small batches and slowly cured after an age-old Bolognese recipe. 

Use the Tuscan Rosemary Sage blend for meats, poultry, vegetables, salads and sauces. It works perfectly for sautéing, roasting, pan-frying and grilling. Add it to soups and sauces as a corrective seasoning.

Borsari Favorite Uses: Steak or Chicken

• Steak:  Moisten steak with olive oil and rub ¾ tsp of Borsari on each side. Grill as normal 
• Roast Chicken: Use Borsari to salt the cavity and sprinkle generously over the bird
